Objectives: A complete TQM based training program for a DO-IT-YOURSELF in-house implementation of a Risk Based thinking Quality Management System in compliance with the ISO 9000 International Standards. Develop awareness, know-how and experience of all those involved in the creation, development, evaluation or management of the process approach documentation system.

Products, Systems, Processes, Services, Risk Management, Configuration Management, Life Cycle, Conformity Assessment, WTO, TQM, ISO 9001:20015 Standard’s structure.

Part 3 – ISO 9000 Standards Requirements:
Introduction, Scope, Exclusions, Terms and Definitions, QMS Requirements, Context Organization, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance Evaluation, Improvement.

Part 4 – Introduction to QMS Implementation:
Overview of ISO 9001:2015 requirements (Summary), Business Process: design, development and mapping for implementation and improvement, Risk-based thinking approach.

Part 5 – Introduction to Documentation:
ISO/TR 10013, Documentation Need, Structure, and Definitions.

Part 6 – Documentation Requirements:
The International Standard, Documentation considerations, Characteristics and requirements, Hierarchy and structure of the documentation system, Documentation requirements: stated and implied.

Part 7 – Documentation Design & Development:
Vision, Mission, Guiding Principles, Quality Policy, Context Framework, Process layout. Documentation Consistency, Format, Associated Documents etc. Documentation Writing, Purpose, Scope, Responsibility, Definitions, Forms Development, Process Layout, Records Distribution, References, Flow charts.

Part 8 – Records Management:
Identification of requirements for records, Design of a records management system, Recommendations for the storage and control of records.

Part 9 – Eight Steps to Assessment & Registration:
A comprehensive implementation scheme for any organization, based on a TQM Approach.
